Malaysian, is the founder of DKT Engineering Sdn Bhd who was set up and manage the company since it’s incorporation in August 2011 as DKT Fabrication. A man who was born and raised in a village without any higher education or certification from university, now he became one of a successful businessman in the mechanical engineering firm. He was fully developed with the experiences and communication skills by connecting with higher management and senior directors from Proton, KYB Corporation, Perodua, TKH Group and some other international companies. He began his career with YTL Cement Perak-Hanjoong Simen Sdn Bhd as a vendor. Mr. Davindran’s deep experience in a related field was a keystone of building his own company known as DKT Engineering Sdn Bhd which offers various mechanical engineering-related fabrication, supplies, erection and project basis services. Currently, as a founder, he seeks to make DKT Engineering Sdn Bhd as an international company that serves Power and Energy, Oil and Gas companies such as General Electric and Schlumberger. Meanwhile, the company also specialized in developing and supporting tool center to give parallelity to quality and efficiency.

Malaysian, is the CEO of DKT Engineering Sdn Bhd. Mrs. Komathi studied and graduated from CosmoPoint College where she obtained a Diploma in Business Management in 2002. Mrs. Komathi is a responsible mother to an only son. She is also being a backbone to Mr. Davindran Somu to help him achieve success in both his life and business. She is the highest-ranking executive in the company, whose primary responsibilities include controlling finance, new investment, monitoring the suppliers and property development.

Malaysian, was appointed at DKT Engineering Sdn Bhd on 25th June 2018. Mr. Yaakob studied and graduated at Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Heritage Studies in 2012. Currently, he is the Human Resources Manager who is responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers. He also handles employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training.

Malaysian, was appointed at DKT Engineering Sdn Bhd on 1st  February 2020. Ms. Norfaridahanum studied and graduated at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia where she obtained a Bachelor of Information Technology (Honours)  in 2015. Currently, as the Sourcing HOD, she is in charge of provides office and administrative support to the team include purchase and delivery order, invoice, account statement, work update and personal assistant.

Malaysian, was appointed at DKT Engineering Sdn Bhd on 25 March 2015. Mr. Kamaruddin studied at Industrial Training Institute (ILP) where he obtained a Certificate of Welding in 1983. Currently, he is the Senior Fabrication Manager who is responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers. He also handles employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training.

Malaysian, was appointed at DKT Engineering Sdn Bhd on 2nd January 2020. Mr. Vikneswaran studied and graduated at University Tenaga Nasional where he obtained a Bachelor of Degree (Hons) Mechanical Engineering in 2020. Currently, as the Engineering Manager, he is responsible for developing, installing, and monitoring the equipment and processes that turn raw materials into an end product.

Malaysian, was appointed at DKT Engineering Sdn Bhd on 1st  February 2020. Mrs. Noor Faizah studied and graduated at Universiti Sains Malaysia where she obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in 2010. Currently, as a Buyer, she is responsible for purchasing materials, supplies, or equipment for a business. Their duties include negotiating deals with suppliers, researching possible item selections, and taking inventory of current products.

Malaysian, was appointed at DKT Engineering Sdn Bhd on 13st June 2022. Mr. Shahrul studied and graduated from Politeknik Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin where he obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Currently, as the Assistant Fabrication Engineer, he is in charge to reading and understanding assembly instructions, ensuring that the required parts are present and meeting quality control standards.

Malaysian, was appointed at DKT Engineering Sdn Bhd on 10th June 2019. Mr. Kiyshan studied and graduated at Seberang Perai Polytechnic (PSP) where he obtained a Diploma of Electronic Engineering in 2019. Currently, as Senior Site Supervisor, he is in charge to conduct inspections, ensures that safety procedures are being adhered to and maintains inventory of machine parts.

Malaysian, was appointed at DKT Engineering Sdn Bhd on 9th May 2022. Mr. Shaiful obtained his Diploma from Kolej UNITI in 2013 and developed his knowledge by joining various Skill Programs and Trainings. Now, in his role as Operation Helper, he’s responsibility to reports to the operations manager and works toward ensuring a smooth business environment with the focus of optimal performance.
